The company has brought latest “Weaving Looms” form ‘Sulzer”, where the terry fabric is being weaved on regular basis, under the observation of the high qualified technical staff.
The daily “Greige Fabric Manufacturing Capacity” consist of 17,260. Kgs per day, which means 6,343,200. Kgs yearly.
DYEING PROCESS:
Through the well-organized dyeing processing set-up in our firm, the all kind of terry towel can be dyed under the all circumstances. Additionally the cone dyeing and hangs dyeing facility is available as well.
According to the world’s “Panton & TPX Color Standerd”, the company has a policy use only the well-reputed firm chemicals’ products for customers satisfaction.
The dyeing capacity consists of 25,000 Kgs per day, Which gives 9,000,000 Kgs yearly.
FABRIC SHEERING FACILITY:
The company even provides “Fabric Sheering Facility”, where the sheering and polishing tasks are being done in the presence of well-trained technical staff.
EMBROIDERY DEPARTMENT:
Offering a company manicuring design and process service form start to finish, on matter what the “Embroidery Designs” are. The provided designs cam be made and new designs can be recommended either.
LABORATORY:
