The company has brought latest “Weaving Looms” from “Sulzer”, where the terry fabric is being weaved on regular basis, under the observation of the high qualified technical staff.

The daily “Greige Fabric Manufacturing Capacity” consists of 17,260. Kgs per day, which means 6,343,200. Kgs yearly.
DYEING PROCESS:
Through the well-organized dyeing processing set-up in our firm, the all kind of terry towel can be dyed under the all circumstances. Additionally, the cone dyeing and hangs dyeing facility is available as well.

According to the world’s “Panton & TPX Color Standard”, the company has a policy to use only the well-reputed firm chemicals’ products for customers’ satisfaction.

The dyeing capacity consists of 25,000 Kgs per day, which gives 9,000,000. Kgs yearly.

FABRIC SHEERING FACILITY:
The company even provides “Fabric Sheering Facility”, where the sheering and polishing tasks are being done in the presence of well-trained technical staff.

EMBROIDERY DEPARTMENT:
Offering a complete manufacturing designs and process service from start to finish, no matter what the “Embroidery Designs” are. The provided designs can be made and new designs can be recommended either.
